Part 1: Concept Masterplan
The golf course is carefully routed and a detailed color rendering is produced, which is camera ready for promotional use.

Part 2: The Narrative
The design motif is described in detail including an Architect's review of each golf hole.

Part 3: Cost Analysis
A budget is developed detailing all of the line items and corresponding costs necessary to construct the golf course.

Part 4: Cash Flow Chart
For our client's fiscal needs, John Fought Design will provide a monthly cash flow chart based on the proper planting schedule.
